At Kinetic Gymnastics, we offer customized training programs that focus on each student's unique goals and strengths. As we grow, we plan to introduce a progress tracking system to help students monitor their development. Our parkour community fosters a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, and plans to introduce jams and workshops to further enhance training and community engagement as the program continues to evolve. Through partnerships with leagues like the
Rocky Mountain Parkour Championship (RMPC), we provide
competitive opportunities for all students.
6 AND UP
Our beginner recreational class combines both beginner and intermediate skill development in a 60-minute session. Offered in two age groups (6-9 years and 10+ years), students learn fundamental movements including proper landing techniques, vaults, flip basics, and safe falling methods, while progressively introducing more complex combinations and challenges. This class focuses on building core strength, spatial awareness, and confidence while developing the essential skills needed to advance in parkour.
6 AND UP
This 90-minute recreational class is designed for experienced practitioners ready to push their boundaries. Placement is skill-based rather than age-restricted, allowing students to advance based on their abilities. Participants work on complex movement combinations, more advanced flips, challenging precision jumps, advanced vaults, wall runs, and dynamic movements. This class emphasizes flow, efficiency, creativity, and the development of personal style while navigating diverse obstacles and environments.
6 AND UP
Our team program is for dedicated athletes (ages 6+) who demonstrate exceptional skill, commitment, and passion for parkour. Team placement is based solely on skill level, with no age restrictions. Team members receive specialized training for competitions and represent Kinetic Gymnastics at events such as the regional Rocky Mountain Parkour Competitions (RMPC). The team curriculum focuses on technical excellence, innovative routines, competition preparation, and fostering well-rounded athletes who exemplify the true spirit of parkour.
